揿针埋针治疗青春期原发性痛经临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察揿针治疗青春期原发性痛经的临床疗效。方法:52例随机分为揿针组和西药组各26例,揿针组用揿针埋针治疗,西药组口服西药治疗,共治疗3个疗程,疗程结束后进行统计分析。结果:总有效率揿针组80.77%,西药组61.53%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后VAS评分及血清炎症因子指标均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗后VAS评分及血清炎症因子指标揿针组低于西药组(P<0.05)。结论:揿针埋针治疗青春期原发性痛经较单用西药疗效好,且安全。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of thumbtack needle in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea during adolescence and the expression level of serum IFN-γ,IL-4 and IL-10 before and after treatment.Method:52 patients with primary dysmenorrhea were randomly divided into the thumbtack needle group and the western medicine group,26 patients in each group.The sputum acupuncture group were treated with thumbtack needle and the western medicine group were treated with oral analgesics.Both groups were treated for 3 courses of treatment.The course of treatment was followed by statistical analysis.Result:The total clinical effective rate of the thumbtack needle group was 80.77% while that of the western medicine group was 61.53%.The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The VAS score and serum inflammatory factor index of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment (P<0.05).After treatment, The VAS score and serum inflammatory factor index of the thumbtack needle group was lower than that of the western medicine group (P<0.05). Conclusion:The treatment of adolescent primary dysmenorrhea with thumbtack needle is superior to oral analgesics,with high safety,good compliance,easy operation and so on.It is worthy of further clinical research and application.
