摘　　要：目的:观察攻癌镇痛散外敷治疗癌性疼痛的临床疗效。方法:100例随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例,两组均用三阶梯药物镇痛治疗,治疗组在疼痛处增加攻癌镇痛散外敷,两组疗程均为10天。结果:治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:三阶梯药物镇痛治疗的基础上加用攻癌镇痛散外敷,可提高癌症患者生存质量,减少镇痛药物的不良反应。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of external application of Gong’ai Zhentong Powder in the treatment of cancer pain.Method:100 cases were evenly divided into the combination therapy group and the control group in random.Both groups were treated with three-step drug analgesia.The treatment group treated with the external application of Gong’ai Zhentong Powder at the painful place.The course of treatment was 10 days.Result:The curative effect of the treatment group were superior to that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of the three-step drug analgesic treatment,external application of Gong’ai Zhentong Powder on painful place could enhance the life quality ofthe cancer patients and decrease the adverse reactions of analgesic drugs.
