摘 要:本文对某一PTA装置向心膨胀机的首级进气室进行结构设计,并采用数值模拟方法对膨胀机首级进行全三维粘性流场分析,得到了内部各元件详细流动情况及主要气动参数。计算结果表明,该进气室结构设计合理,总压损失较小,膨胀机(首级)效率达到89.4%,满足设计要求。In this paper,the inlet chamber of the first stage of a turboexpander for PTA device was designed and the entire three-dimensional viscous flow field of the first stage of the turboexpander has been analyzed in detail by numerical simulation method. The detailed flow situation and the main aerodynamic parameters distribution of the components was obtained. The numerical results show that the structure of the inlet chamber is reasonable and the first stage efficiency of the turboexpander is 89.4%,which meets the design requirements.
