摘　　要：烟厂制丝车间膨化设备辅联设备的控制系统包含了贮柜的控制、电子秤的控制和金属探测仪的控制等。其中以贮柜的控制最为重要,因为贮柜的控制不仅仅是对设备的控制,生产中的关键工艺信息,如批次号、任务号等在设备中的存贮主要是存贮在贮柜的控制器内,控制器内的工艺信息也是保证不发生混料等生产工艺事故的根本保证。保证贮柜控制的合理性需要对贮柜的控制进行相关的描述、制定接口方案、顺控逻辑的解释等。对其他的设备金属探测仪、电子秤的控制方案进行了论述,满足了实际的需要。The control system of the expansion equipment include auxiliary connection equipment control system、the electronic scale control system,and the control system of the metal detector. Among which the auxiliary connection equipment control system is the most important,because it is not only use for control the equipment,but also The key process information storage in it,such as batch number,task number,etc.,and the process information in the controller is also the basic guarantee that no accidents such as error mixing process . To ensure the rationality of the control program,it is necessary to describe the control of the storage cabinet,formulate the interface scheme,and explain the logic of the control.The control scheme of other equipment such as metal detectors and electronic scales is discussed that meet the actual needs.
