摘　　要：立足于人口老龄化的时代背景,采用文献资料法法,深入探讨"运动养生功法+医疗+养老"模式下"六字诀"养生文化推广的优势及其策略。研究认为该模式下推广"六字诀"的优势体现在:多元化主体相互融合,促进推广渠道多元;多元化主体优势互补,提高推广效度;多元化主体针对性强,聚焦服务人群。结合该模式的特点进一步提出:三方共建,创造多渠道发展平台;以点带面,共享养生专业人才;利用信息化资源,建设智慧互助信息化推广平台3条具体的推广路径。Based on the background of the aging population, this paper uses the method of literature to discuss the advantages and strategies of the promotion of "Six Words Tips" health-preserving culture under the mode of "sports health-preserving skill & medical treatment& old-age care". The research considers that the advantages of popularizing the "Six Words Tips" under this mode lie in followings,the main bodies of diversification should integrate with each other to promote the diversification of promotion path, diversified subjects complement each others’ strengths and improve the validity of promotion, diversified subjects have strong pertinence and focus on serving people. According to its characteristics, three specific promotion paths are proposed, it should build a platform for multichannel development, share health professionals from all sides, and use information resources to build an information platform for wisdom mutual assistance.
