摘　　要：海城市是辽宁省地震危险重点监视区,此次鞍山市海城发生4.4级地震,辽宁省地震相关部门及地方政府迅速启动地震应急预案。对鞍山市海城4.4级地震应急处置进行了回顾,结合此次应急处置工作中存在的问题进行总结并提出了建议,以便能够提高地震应急快速反应能力,并为地震应急工作者提供指导和借鉴。Haicheng city is a key monitoring area of earthquake hazard in liaoning province. The M4.4 earthquake occurred in Haicheng city,and on which the related departments and local governments in liaoning province started the earthquake emergency plan promptly. This research of the emergency disposal of this earthquake was reviewed. And combined with the existing emergency disposal of the problems and some suggestions were put forward. In order to improve the rapid response ability of earthquake emergency response,some guidance and reference for earthquake emergency workers have been provided.
