摘　　要：介绍了炼焦试验用小焦炉的技术规范、炼焦试验原理与流程,阐述了小焦炉炼焦试验的作用以及在炼焦生产中的指导与应用。利用小焦炉进行炼焦试验在模拟工业焦炉炼焦中发挥着重要作用,可用于指导炼焦煤的科学评价、优化配煤及炼焦生产、降低配煤成本、预测焦炭质量和验证技术可行性等,可为工业焦炉生产提供技术支持。This paper introduces technical standards of pilot oven,and principles and procedures of cokemaking tests;and expounds on the role of cokemaking tests in pilot oven and their guidance and application to real production.Cokemaking test in pilot oven plays a significant role in simulating production of industrial coke oven.It is used to scientifically evaluate coking coal,optimize coal blending and cokemaking process,reduce coal blending costs,predict coke performance as well as test technical feasibility.Cokemaking test in pilot oven provides technical support for industrial coke oven.
