摘 要:通过对饱和水与饱和蒸汽表建立的温度与压力模型的深入研究,得到了水在爆沸条件下过热极限与过降压极限之间的数学关系,并提出了可以通过降压极限度来判定是否发生爆沸现象的新方法。并使用MATLAB的最小二乘法,对水的饱和蒸汽压与过降压极限度进行拟合,得出过降压极限模型。通过本次研究,可以通过过降压极限模型来判断爆沸的发生。这种判定方法可以有效降低爆沸现象的发生,减少生产中事故发生率,具有十分重要的研究意义。Through the in-depth study of the temperature and pressure models which established by saturated water and saturated steam, the mathematical relationship between the limit and the over-pressure limit of water under BLEVE conditions has been obtained, and we adopted. a new method that weather the pressure limit can judge "BLEVE" when a bump has occurred. We used the MATLAB least squares method to fit the saturated vapor pressure of water with the over-pressure limit, then the over-pressure limit model is obtained. Through this study, the over-pressure limit can be used to determine the boiling of saturated water at a constant temperature. This method of determination can effectively reduce the occurrence of bump phenomenon and reduce the incidence of accidents in production, which has a very important research significance.
