现代服务业知识管理对制造业质量管理的影响研究

摘　　要：通过对现代服务业知识管理对制造业质量管理影响的相关理论梳理的基础上,从程序、领导、文化、技术、评估5个方面建立制造业质量管理和潜变量指标之间的结构方程模型,运用SPSS、AMOS等软件进行了数据的分析,得出了知识管理的程序能力对知识管理的领导作用,对质量结果水平有显著的积极影响,进而提出了辽宁省应该重视知识管理在质量管理中的应用、支持管理人员之间的知识共享活动以及建立知识管理的信息平台等提高制造业质量管理水平的建议。Based on the theory of influence of knowledge management in modern service industry on manufacturing quality management, the paper extracts the potential variables of program, leadership, culture, technology and evaluation. The SEM structural equation model between potential variables and manufacturing quality management indicators was established,and data analysis was conducted by using SPSS, AMOS and other software. It is concluded that the program ability of knowledge management and the leadership role of knowledge management and the level of results, and the cultural atmosphere of quality management and the level of quality results. Then the paper puts forward the suggestions that Liaoning should attach importance to the application of knowledge management to quality management, support the knowledge sharing activities among managers, and establish the information platform of knowledge management to improve the quality management level of manufacturing industry.
