QMix根管冲洗剂在根管预备中的应用研究

摘　　要：根管预备中,清除根管内感染需要结合器械预备和化学冲洗剂才能达到较好的效果。因此,冲洗剂在消除根管内感染中扮演重要角色。理想的根管冲洗剂应具备有效杀菌、清除玷污层、生物安全性、不损害牙体结构等特点。临床中常用冲洗剂有17%乙二胺四乙酸(ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid,EDTA)、2%氯己定(chlorhexidine,CHX)、2.5%次氯酸钠(sodium hypochlorite,NaClO)等,而现有冲洗剂无法同时满足上述条件。QMix作为一种新型冲洗剂,由EDTA、CHX和表面活性剂混合组成。其具有较好的持续抗菌效果、有效清除玷污层、细胞毒性小、生物安全性高、对牙体硬度影响小等优点。本研究将QMix与临床常用冲洗剂作比较,对QMix性能作一概述。In the root canal preparation,it is necessary to combine the equipment preparation with chemical irrigation in order to achieve a better effect.Therefore,irrigation plays an important role in eliminating infection in root canal.The ideal root canal irrigation should have the characteristics of effective sterilization,good removal of smear layer,biosafety and no damage to dental structure.There are 17% ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid(EDTA),2% chlorhexidine(CHX),2.5% hypochlorite(NaClO) in clinic,which can′t meet the above conditions at the same time.As a new type of irrigation,QMix is composed of EDTA,CHX and surfactant.QMix posseses some virtues,such as good and continuous antibacterial effect,effective removal of smear layer,low cytotoxicity,high biosafety and little impact on tooth hardness.In this study,the performance of QMix was summarized by comparing with commonly irrigation in clinical.
