摘  要:钻孔灌注桩水下混凝土灌注施工是钻孔灌注桩施工中的关键环节之一,其施工工艺控制是关乎灌注施工成败和成桩质量的决定因素。以某特大桥为例,在岩溶地区复杂环境条件下,水下混凝土灌注过程中发生的导管因外力原因导致呈现扁平状,造成灌桩失败的实际案例进行探讨分析,总结了一套预防导管挤扁措施与大家共同分享和探讨。有助于水下混凝土灌注桩质量事故原因分析与预防瓦,可为今后岩溶地区百米深孔水下混凝土施工提供案例参考。Underwater concrete pouring construction of bored piles is one of the key links in the construction of bored piles.Its construction process control is the decisive factor for the success or failure of pouring construction and the quality of piles.Taking a special bridge as an example,under the complicated environmental conditions in the karst area,the pipelines occurring during the underwater concrete infusion process are flat due to external forces,and the actual cases of failure of the piles are discussed and analyzed. The flat measures are shared and discussed with everyone. It provides a reference for the analysis of the causes of underwater concrete pouring pile quality accidents and preventive measures,and also provides a case study for the underwater concrete construction of 100 meters deep hole in the karst area.
