摘 要:目的:对比古今不同炮制方法的附子炮制品中生物碱的含量,研究现代与古代附子炮制方法的差异。方法:按照古籍记载方法炮制附子,以高效液相色谱法检测不同炮制方法的附子中6种生物碱含量。结果:药典方法炮制的饮片中未检出双酯型生物碱,蒸附片和炒附片中双酯型生物碱的量有效降低,古法炮制附子中双酯型生物碱未达到药典规定;古法炮制附子中单酯型生物碱含量高于其他炮制方法。结论:现代炮制方法减毒能力较强,古代炮制方法减毒能力较弱;古代炮制法可能增加单酯型生物碱类的量,认为其疗效优于《中国药典》炮制法。OBJECTIVE:Compare the contents of alkaloids in different processing methods of aconite and to study the differences between modern and ancient processing methods.METHODS:Prepare monkshood by the method recorded in ancient books.The contents of six alkaloids in monkshood prepared by different methods were determined by high performance liquid chromatography.RESULTS:No diester alkaloids were detected in the Pharmacopoeia method.The amount of diester alkaloids in steamed and fried slices decreased effectively.The content of diester alkaloids in the processed slices by the ancient method did not meet the requirements of the pharmacopoeia.CONCLUSION:Modern processing methods have strong attenuation ability,while ancient processing methods have weak attenuation ability.Ancient processing methods may increase the amount of monoester alkaloids,and its efficacy is superior to that of Chinese Pharmacopoeia.
