摘  要:本研究通过一锅反应法合成一系列氨基噻唑类化合物并确证其化学结构。以苯环上含有不同取代基的苯基乙酮作为反应底物,二甲基亚砜作为氧化剂,乙酸乙酯、乙醇作为溶剂和苯基硫脲发生反应,合成了一系列氨基噻唑类化合物。测定目标化合物的物理常数,并通过多种波谱分析技术(核磁共振氢谱、红外光谱、质谱)对其结构进行表征。In this study,a series of aminothiazoles were synthesized by one-pot reaction and their chemical structures were confirmed.A series of aminothiazoles were synthesized by the reaction of phenylethyl ketone containing different substituents on phenyl ring,dimethyl sulfoxide as oxidant,ethyl acetate, ethanol as solvent and phenylthiourea.The physical constants of the target compounds were determined and their structures were characterized by various spectroscopic analysis techniques (1H NMR,IR and MS).
