摘 要:为了确定水厂长期稳定运行中对有机物的净化效能,通过对苏南某水厂已经平稳运行7年以上的臭氧生物活性炭深度处理工艺进行运行效能分析,得出以下结论:在长期运行阶段,O3-BAC工艺对CODMn的去除率稳定在15%~25%的范围内,整体净水工艺对CODMn的去除率保持在60%~70%的区间内;O3-BAC工艺对TOC的去除率在10%~20%的范围内上下波动,与长期运行阶段深度处理工艺对耗氧量的去除效能变化幅度一致。在原水氨氮浓度较低的情况下,臭氧生物活性炭工艺对氨氮的去除效率不理想,甚至有所反弹。对比各阶段工艺对致嗅物质2-MIB的去除效能,预臭氧工艺在整个流程中贡献最大。In order to determine the purification efficiency of organic matter in the long-term stable operation of a water plant,the operating efficiency of the ozone biological activated carbon advanced treatment process that has been running smoothly for more than 7 years in a water plant in southern Jiangsu is investigated and analyzed,the conclusions are summarized as follows.In the long-term operation stage,the removal rate of CODMn in the O3-BAC process was stable in the range of 15 %~25 %,and the removal efficiency of CODMn in the whole water purification process was kept between 60 % and 70 %;the removal rate of TOC in O3-BAC process was within the range between 10 % and 20 %,which was consistent with the change of oxygen consumption removal efficiency in the long-term operation stage.In the case of low ammonia nitrogen concentration in raw water,the removal efficiency of ammonia nitrogen of the ozone biological activated carbon process was not satisfactory,and even the effect rebounded worse.Comparing the removal efficiency of the 2-methylisoborneol (2-MIB) in each stage of the process,the pre-ozone process contributed the most to the removal of this substance throughout the process.
