摘 要:分别研究了砂磨时间、剪切速度和超声时间对炭黑浆料和黑色聚酰亚胺膜的影响。结果表明:分散剂在砂磨分散1h后加入较砂磨启动前加入得到的炭黑浆料分散性更好;炭黑粒子粒径随剪切速度的增加逐渐变小,但剪切速度高于1000r/min后浆料不稳定,静置1h后发生严重团聚;超声时间不足或过长时,膜表面均会出现凸点;砂磨分散制备的黑膜电气强度远高于剪切分散和超声分散。The effects of grinding time、shear rate and ultrasonic time on the dispersion of carbon black slurry and black polyimide film were studied.The results show that the dispersion of carbon black slurry is better when the dispersant is added after 1 hours than before the start of grinding.The particle size of carbon black decreases gradually with the increase of shear rate,but the slurry is unstable when the shear rate is higher than 1000 r/min,and agglomeration occurs after 1 hours of static storage;when the ultrasonic time is insufficient or too long,the surface of the film will appear bumps;the electrical strength of the black film prepared by grinding is much higher than that by shear dispersion and ultrasonic dispersion.
