摘　　要：以精制盐酸开发项目为例,依据2018年12月1日起新实施的环境影响评价技术导则,介绍了盐酸精制项目的大气环境影响评价的过程、方法,包括大气环境质量的现状监测与评价、工程项目分析、污染源强核算、大气环境影响预测和评价及相应的环保措施建议。项目大气环境影响评价为其他盐酸精制类项目提供一定的参考。Taking the development project of refined hydrochloric acid as an example,according to the technical guidelines of environmental impact assessment newly implemented on December 1,2018,the process and methods of atmospheric environmental impact assessment of hydrochloric acid refinement project were introduced,including evaluation of atmospheric present environment quantity condition,project analysis,pollution source strength accounting,atmospheric environmental impact prediction and evaluation,and corresponding environmental protection measures and suggestions.The atmospheric environmental impact assessment of the project provides some reference for other projects.
