摘  要:建立了全自动烷基汞分析系统测定水中烷基汞(甲基汞和乙基汞)的方法,采用四丙基硼化钠为衍生化试剂,经过吹扫捕集、气相色谱分离及高温裂解,最终进入冷蒸汽原子荧光检测器进行分析检测。取样体积为30mL时,甲基汞和乙基汞的检出限分别为0.002ng/L和0.003ng/L,线性良好,甲基汞相关系数r2=0.9998,乙基汞相关系数r2=0.9993。空白样加标回收率为94.7%~109%,相对标准偏差为3.04%~4.78%。该仪器使用简便、准确度高、稳定性好,能满足水中烷基汞的测定需求。A method was established for the determination of alkyl mercury (methyl mercury and ethyl mercury) in water samples by automated alkyl mercury analytical system.Sodium tetrapropyl boride was used as derivative reagent.After purging and trapping,gas chromatography separation and pyrolysis at high temperature,it was finally detected by cold vapor atomic fluorescence spectroscopy.The detection limits of methyl mercury and ethyl mercury were 0.002 ng/L and 0.003 ng/L respectively when the sampling volume was 30 mL.The linear relationship of the two substances was good.The correlation coefficients of methyl mercury and ethyl mercury were 0.9998 and 0.9993 respectively.The recoveries of blank sample were between 94.7 %~109 %,and the relative standard deviations were 3.04 %~4.78 %.The instrument is simple to use,high accuracy and good stability,and can meet the needs of determination of alkyl mercury in water.
