摘  要:以107硅橡胶为基础聚合物、白炭黑为填料,经捏合制得基料。基于相变迁移原理,通过筛选一定摩尔质量的烷烃和经烷烃修饰的偶联剂为低温迁移助剂,制得低温高迁移型防污闪涂料,研究了其憎水迁移性能。结果表明:添加烷烃、经烷烃修饰后的偶联剂,或两种助剂并用时,可大幅提升低温下涂料的憎水迁移性,较佳用量为2.5%~5%;低温高迁移型涂料不仅在低温环境下有较好的憎水迁移性,且在常温下24h内即可发挥憎水迁移性,其憎水分级可达HC1~HC2级;低温高迁移型防污闪涂料具有一定“自清洁”作用,在防覆冰等领域有潜在应用。Based on the principle of phase transformation,a novel type of anti-flashover coatings with high migration at low temperature was developed by screening a certain molar mass of alkane and alkane-modified coupling agent,whose migration performance of hydrophobicity was studied.Results showed that the addition of alkane,alkane-modified coupling agent,or the combination of the both could greatly improve the hydrophobicity migration of the coatings at low temperature,preferably 2.5%~5.0%.High-migration coatings not only have good hydrophobicity at low temperature,but also exhibit hydrophobic migration within 24 hours at normal temperature,with hydrophobic level of HC1~HC2.The high-migration antifouling flash paint at low temperature has a “self-cleaning” property,and has potential applications in the field of anti-icing.
