摘  要:以烷氧基封端聚二甲基硅氧烷、甲基三甲氧基硅烷等为原料,纳米碳酸钙、纳米氧化铁等为填料,添加硅烷偶联剂、催化剂制得脱醇型单组分室温硫化有机硅密封胶。考察了纳米填料、钛酸酯催化剂、偶联剂对密封胶力学性能、耐热性能、粘接性能、耐水紫外性能的影响。结果表明:随着纳米CaCO3粒径的减小,密封胶的挤出率逐渐减小,拉伸强度和拉断伸长率增大;随着纳米氧化铁用量的增加,有机硅密封胶热老化后拉伸强度保持率提高;以二异丙氧基-(乙酰乙酸乙酯)柠檬酸乙酯钛配合物为催化剂的密封胶贮存稳定性优异,不易黄变;采用复合硅烷偶联剂代替伯氨基硅烷偶联剂,可提高密封胶的贮存稳定性和耐水紫外性能。One component dealcoholized RTV silicone rubber was prepared by alkoxy-terminated polydimethylsiloxane,methyltrimethoxysilane,nano-CaCO3,nano-iron oxide,coupling agent and catalyst.The influence of nano-filler,titanate catalyst and coupling agent on the mechanical properties,heat resistance,adhesion and water-resistant,ultraviolet-resistant properties of silicone rubber were discussed.Results show that the extrusion rate of sealant decreases,while the tensile strength and elongation at break increase with the decrease of nano-CaCO3 particle size;the tensile strength retention rate of thermal aged silicone sealant increases with the increasing nano-iron oxide.The sealant with 1,3-propyl dioxide (ethyl acetoacetato) titanium citrate complex has excellent storage stability,no yellowing.It can improve the storage stability and water resistance of sealant,while the composite silane coupling agent takes the place of the primary aminosilane coupling agent.
