摘 要:研究了金属氧化物Fe2O3、CeO2作耐热添加剂时对热硫化硅橡胶耐热性能的影响。结果表明,Fe2O3、CeO2均能显著提高硅橡胶的耐热性能。单独使用Fe2O3时,当Fe2O3用量为8份,硅橡胶的耐热性能最优;CeO2提高耐热性能的效果优于Fe2O3,单独使用CeO2时,CeO2用量为4份,硅橡胶的性能较优;Fe2O3与CeO2并用时,对提高硅橡胶的耐热性效果较佳,当采用4份Fe2O3与4份CeO2复配时,硅橡胶外延起始分解温度提高了38℃。The effects of iron oxide(Fe2O3 )and cerium oxide(CeO2 ) which was used as the heat stabilizer on the thermal stability of HTV silicone rubber were investigated.Results show that both Fe2O3 and CeO2 can significantly increase the thermal stability and the ageing resistance of HTV silicone rubber.When Fe2O3 is added separately,and Fe2O3 is 8 phr,the rubber owns the best thermal stability.Compared with metal oxides using Fe2O3,the effect of CeO2 is better.The property of the rubber is the best with 4 phr of CeO2.Fe2O3 and CeO2 has synergistic effect in improving the thermal stability of silicone rubber.When the ratio of Fe2O3 and CeO2 is 4∶ 4,the initial decomposition temperature of silicone rubber is increased by 38℃.
