摘  要:以空间太阳电池和聚酰亚胺膜粘接界面为研究对象,将表面改性剂涂敷在待粘接物体表面,通过成分测试、改性机理分析及验证实验研究了表面改性剂有效成分及其添加后对空间太阳电池粘接剥离强度的影响。结果表明:表面改性剂的主要成分为硅油、异构烷烃、甲苯、正硅酸丁酯、四丙氧基硅烷及填料和抗氧剂等,其中对粘接强度影响较大的为正硅酸丁酯、四丙氧基硅烷等硅烷偶联剂成分。粘接界面采用表面改性剂处理后,试件的剥离强度得到很大增强,平均剥离强度大于0.30N/mm,破坏形式为内聚破坏。The bonding interface between the space solar cell and the polyimide film was studied.The surface modifier was applied on the surface of the object,and the effect of the active ingredients of the surface modifier and on the bonding strength of space solar cell were studied by modification mechanism analysis and verification experiments.Results show that the main components of the surface modifier are silicone oil,isoalkanes,toluene,butyl orthosilicate,tetrapropoxysilane,fillers,and antioxidants,among which the silane coupling agents of butyl orthosilicate and tetrapropoxysilane have great influence on the bonding strength of the modifier.The peeling strength of the samples is greatly enhanced after be treated with the surface modifier,whose average peeling strength is greater than 0.30 N/mm,cohesive failure.
