摘　　要：为了解鸡源葡萄球菌中多药耐药基因cfr的流行及耐药情况,采用提取细菌基因组DNA、PCR检测、药物敏感性检测、质粒提取、电转化试验、全质粒测序及分析等方法进行了研究。分离并鉴定出了1株多药耐药表型葡萄球菌,其含有cfr与tet(M)基因,且cfr与tet(M)耐药基因位于同一质粒上。In order to understand the prevalence and drug resistance of multidrug-resistant gene cfr in Staphylococcus aureus from chickens,we studied the detection of cfr and tet(M) genes in the same plasmid of S.aureus by using the methods of extracting bacterial genomic DNA,PCR detection,drug sensitivity detection,plasmid extraction,electroporation assay,and whole-plasmid sequencing and analysis.A multidrug-resistant phenotypic S.aureus strain was isolated and identified from chickens,this strain contained cfr and tet(M) genes,and these 2 genes were in the same plasmid.
