乡村振兴视域下农民农业信息获取意愿影响因素实证研究  

Empirical Study on Affecting Factors of Farmers’ Willingness to Actively Obtain Agricultural Information under Background of Rural Revitalization

摘　　要：以陕西省6个县区480位农户为调查样本,在对农户农业信息获取意愿分析的基础上,利用二元Logistic模型从个人、家庭、生产、环境4个方面对农民主动获取信息意愿的影响因素进行了实证分析。研究发现农户年龄、文化程度、家庭劳动力数、家庭收入来源、家庭年纯收入、种植收入占比、种植类型、种植风险、种植规模、农产品价格、交通条件、惠农政策都对农民主动获取农业信息意愿有显著影响。基于此,提出了吸引男性劳动力回流、探索土地流转制度、加大惠农政策力度、完善农技服务体系以及推进农业信息化建设等对策和建议。A total of 480 farmers in 6 counties (districts) of Shaanxi province were investigated,and their willingness to actively obtain agricultural information was analyzed.Based on these,the author conducted an empirical analysis of the affecting factors of farmers’ willingness to actively obtain agricultural information by using binary Logistic model from the aspects of individual,family,production and environment.It was found that the farmer’s age,educated level,number of family labor force,income source of family,annual net income of family,proportion of planting income in total income,planting type,planting risk,planting scale,price of agricultural products,transportation condition,and preferential farming policy all had significant effects on farmers’ willingness to actively obtain agricultural information.Finally,some countermeasures and suggestions were put forward,such as attracting the return of male labor forces,exploring the land transfer system,intensifying the policy of benefiting agriculture,improving the agricultural technology service system,and promoting the construction of agricultural informationization.
