摘 要:以实际施工为例,说明扣件式钢管架支撑体系作为单跨实心大跨度拱桥的可行性。采用钢管满堂支撑架作为拱圈施工支撑体系,根据规范计算确定搭设方式及地基承载力、预拱度、管架预压的数值,观测施工过程变形情况,结果表明施工过程中支撑体系变形值可控,说明钢管架支撑体系适用于单跨拱桥施工。Taking the actual construction as an example,the feasibility of the fastener-type steel tube frame bracing system as a single-span solid long-span arch bridge is illustrated.The steel pipe full support frame is used as the support system of arch ring construction.The erection mode,the bearing capacity of foundation,the prearch degree and the pre-pressure of the pipe frame are determined according to the calculation of the code.The deformation of the support system during construction is observed.The results show that the deformation value of the support system can be controlled during construction.It is indicated that the steel pipe support system is suitable for the construction of singlespan arch bridges.
