摘　　要：为规范涉河(库)光伏发电建设项目水行政审查审批工作,通过省内外调研、文献查阅、相关法律法规梳理,综合分析了水面光伏发电建设项目特点、防洪影响、水生态环境影响等,提出了禁止在河道管理范围内、允许符合条件的水库管理与保护范围内建设光伏发电项目的建议。In order to standardize the water administrative approval work of water surface photovoltaic power station project,through field research,literature review,relevant laws and regulations combing,this paper analyzes the characteristics of the water surface photovoltaic power station,then comprehensively discusses the impact of water photovoltaic power station on the river flood and reservoir management,finally puts forward some suggestions on water administrative approval of water surface photovoltaic power station in Guangdong province.
