摘  要:介绍了河钢邯钢响应国家减排号召,在2#435 m^2烧结机上进行的国内首套逆流活性炭烟气净化装置的研究与应用情况。该逆流吸附装置中进行了多项关键技术研究与应用,具体包括:脱硫区和脱硝区分离吸附技术、模块叠加技术、模块离线技术、多点喷氨与混匀一体化技术、活性炭静态分拣技术等。烟气净化装置应用后,具有处理烧结烟气150万Nm^3/h的能力,烟气排放指标达到了国家现行超低排放要求。For the positive response to national energy-saving,the research and application of the first flue gas purification of countercurrent activated carbon was made on the 2# 435 m 2 sintering machine in Hansteel. Several key technologies have been studied and applied in the counter-current adsorption device,including: separation and adsorption technology in desulfurization and denitration zone,module superposition technology,module off-line technology,multi-point ammonia injection and mixing integration technology,activated carbon static sorting technology,etc.After the application of flue gas purification device,it can treat 1.5 million Nm 3/h of sintering flue gas,and the flue gas emission index meets the current national ultra-low emission requirements.
