摘 要:为了研究爆炸驱动水成雾灭火作用过程,研制一种简易水基爆炸灭火装置。针对 4 种不同几何尺寸的灭火装置,采用 HX-3 型高速摄像机记录水雾与柴油火作用全过程。通过研究水基灭火装置爆炸抛洒灭火过程,认为爆炸驱动水抛洒运动分为 3 个阶段:喷射阶段、过渡阶段和弥漫阶段;理论分析和估算了抛洒过程中水雾的速度、半径以及作用时间;分析了灭火装置几何尺寸因素对抛洒运动特性参数及灭火效果的影响。研究表明,灭火装置的长径比、比药量以及水的质量会对水雾爆炸抛洒过程造成影响。To study the fire extinguishing effect of water mist driven by explosive, a simple water-based explosive extinguishing device was developed. Aimed at four fire extinguishing device with different length and diameter, the HX-3 high-speed camera was used to record the whole process of the reaction between water mist and diesel fire. Through studying the fire extinguishing process of water-based fire extinguishing device, it is considered that the motion of water spilling driven by explosive can be divided into three stages, which are injection stage, transitional stage and diffusion stage. Meanwhile, the velocity, radius and function time of water mist in the process of spraying were analyzed and estimated, as well as the influence of geometric dimensions of fire extinguishing device on spraying motion characteristic parameters and fire extinguishing effect was analyzed. It is found that the ratio of length to diameter, specific charge mass and volume of water of fire extinguishing device will affect the spraying process of water mist explosion.
