湖北省高校健美操教练员现状调查研究

摘　　要：本文运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法,对湖北省第十五届运动会(高校类)健美操比赛的29支代表队的50名教练员从性别、年龄、学历、职称、教学年限、带队经历、个人运动经历、科研与创新能力等方面进行了调查分析,了解湖北省健美操教练员基本情况,找出存在问题并提出相关建议,结果显示:(1)湖北省高校健美操教练员主要以女教练员为主,男女比例为1:3. 5,年龄结构以青年教练员为主。(2)湖北省高校健美操教练员学历结构硕士研究生占比最高,职称结构合理。(3)教练员个人运动经历接受3-5年专业训练的人占比最高,达38%。不具有裁判等级的教练员占比较高,达30%。(4)教练员执教年限10年以上占比最高,达44%,带队参加过多次比赛。(5)教练员的个人执训动机以提高学校运动队水平为首要动机。(6)教练员参加培训次数较少对新规则了解程度不高。(7)教练员科研能力方面武汉地区要强于其它地市区,编排能力方面不同学校之间存在一定的差距。Using the literature method, questionnaire survey method and mathematical statistics method,investigation and analysis are made on gender,age,education,title,teaching years,team experience,personal sports experience,scientific research and innovation ability of 50 coaches from 29 teams at the 15 th Sports Meeting( college group) of Hubei Province. The aim is to identify the basic situation of aerobics coaches,find out problems and offer related suggestions. The results show that: 1) Most aerobics coaches are female in Hubei with the male to female ratio of 1: 3. 5,and youth coaches are dominant. 2) In academic structure,master degree is dominant,which is rational. 3) For coaches’ personal sports experience,as high as 38% of them have received 3-5 years’ professional training,and 30% of them do not have referee certifications. 4) The coaches who have coached for more than 10 years,account for the highest proportion of 44%,and led the team to participate in many competitions. 5) The initial individual motivation of coaches is to improve the level of school sports teams.6) The number of coaches participate less in their own training,and do not know the new rules well. 7) In terms of the scientific research ability of the coaches,Wuhan coaches performs best,and there is a certain gap between different schools in terms of programming ability.
