摘  要:武术作为我国的非物质文化遗产,具有较高的传承意义和教育价值,在当前的体育教育中,合理的融入传统武术文化,不仅可以让学生更加深入的了解传统文化,也可以实现强身健体的作用。与传统的广播体操不同,武术健身操更加注重的是传统文化和民族精神的教育。其教育价值更高。本文以武汉市10所中学开展武术健身操情况为对象,运用调查问卷的形式进行数据统计,并通过调查结果提出了当前武汉市中学武术健身操开展过程中存在的问题,并提出了一些推动武术健身操开展的建议。实验结果表明,武术健身操替代广播体操作为"大课间"活动在锻炼身体的同时更有利于提升学生对中华传统文化的认知。As an intangible cultural heritage of China,Wushu has a high heritage and educational value. In the current physical education,reasonable integration into traditional Wushu culture can not only enable students to understand traditional culture more deeply,but also achieve physical fitness. Unlike traditional broadcast gymnastics,Wushu aerobics pays more attention to the education of traditional culture and national spirit. Its educational value is higher. This paper takes the Wushu aerobics in 10 middle schools in Wuhan as the object,and uses the questionnaire to conduct data statistics. Based on the survey results,the author puts forward the problems existing in the development of Wushu aerobics in Wuhan middle school,and puts forward some suggestions for Wushu aerobics promotion. The experimental results show that replace broadcasting gymnastics with Wushu aerobics as a "big class" activity is more conducive to enhancing students ’ perception of Chinese traditional culture while exercising.
