摘　　要：高校图书馆如何利用地域特色资源促进地方社会、经济、文化发展,作为深化、拓展服务的新思路,新举措,提出了对策建议;并就如何加强地域特色资源建设,创建地域特色资源文献品牌,促进图书馆自身发展,提出了构想.As a new idea and measure of deepening and expanding service, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on how university libraries can make use of regional characteristic resources to promote local social, economic and cultural development, and puts forward some ideas on how to strengthen the construction of regional characteristic resources, create the literature brand of regional characteristic resources and promote the development of library itself.
