论新时代体育强国建设的人民主体性

摘　　要：新时代体育强国建设坚持马克思主义认识世界和改造世界的基本观点和方法,集中体现了马克思主义的理论品质和精神实质。以人民为中心是我国体育事业发展的总体性原则,尊重人民主体地位是体育强国建设的哲学基础。在体育强国建设的过程中,人民主体性体现为三个层面:实践主体是指人民是体育强国建设的根本力量;价值主体表现为人民美好体育生活的实现是体育强国建设的最终追求;评判主体体现为人民的获得感是体育强国建设的衡量尺度。人民主体性的三个方面内在统一,不可分割,共同阐释了新时代体育强国建设以人民为中心的发展理念。The construction of a sports powerful country in the new era insist on Marxist basic views and methods, and highly reflect the theoretical quality and spiritual essence of Marxism. Taking the people as the center is the overall principle of the development of sports, and respecting the people’s dominant position is the philosophical foundation for the construction of a sports power. In the process of strategic construction of sports powerful country, the people’s subjectivity include three dimensions: practice subject means the people are the fundamental force in the construction of a sports powerful country;value subject is regarded as the realization of the people’s beautiful sports life is the ultimate pursuit;and judging subject reflects the sense of gain of the people is a measure. The internal unity of the people’s practice subject, value subject and judging subject explain the development concept of the people-centered of construction of a sports powerful country in the new era.
