摘  要:连接球铰作为涡扇发动机铰接连杆式安装系统的主要连接结构,其间隙引起的非线性接触对安装系统动力学特性的影响有必要展开研究。以某涡扇发动机所采用的铰接连杆式安装系统为背景,基于∏相似定理建立了该安装系统的缩比模型,进一步采用多体动力学方法对其进行动力学建模,并采用赫兹接触模型及库伦模型描述连接球铰间的接触碰摩,通过仿真分析,获得了模型中主要参数对安装系统振动传递的影响曲线。结果表明:振动传递过程中,影响系统振动传递率的关键参数是连接球铰的接触刚度、阻尼及摩擦系数,其中接触刚度对系统固有频率有较大影响,阻尼及摩擦系数对系统固有频率处幅值有较大影响。The connecting spherical hinge is a main connecting structure of the hinged connecting rod installation system of the turbofan engine,so that it is necessary to study the influence of the nonlinear contact caused by the hinge clearance on the dynamic characteristics of the installation system. Based on the hinged connecting rod installation system of a certain turbofan engine,the scaling model of this installation system was established based on the ∏ similarity theorem and then was dynamically modeled using the multi-body dynamic method. The Hertz contact model and the Coulomb model were used to describe contact rubbing between the connecting spherical hinges. The curves of influence of main parameters in the model on vibration transmission of the installation system were obtained through simulation analysis. The result shows that the key parameters that influence the transmission rate of the system include the contact stiffness,damping and friction coefficient of the connecting spherical hinges.Furthermore,the contact stiffness has large influence on the natural frequency of the system,and the damping and friction coefficient have large influence on the amplitude of the natural frequency of the installation system.
