摘 要:为了掌握拼装式轻钢结构活动房的受力性能,解决活动房安全性问题,提出一种拼装式轻钢结构活动房墙体竖向荷载受力计算方法。分析了拼装式轻钢结构活动房墙体中轻钢龙骨、连接件的弹性模量、屈服点等力学性能;在此基础上建立有限元模型。给出计算假设,分析了美国计算标准。在拼装式轻钢结构活动房墙体处于弯曲屈曲破坏模式的情况下,依据欧拉方程获取额定屈曲应力。在拼装式轻钢结构活动房墙体处于弯扭屈曲破坏模式的情况下,依据美国计算标准计算额定屈服应力。拼装式轻钢结构活动房墙体处于受压强度破坏模式下,依次分析轻钢龙骨和轻钢墙板先出现强度破坏时墙体竖向荷载受力计算结果,得出不同破坏模式下墙体竖向荷载受力计算理论值。将轻型薄壁中空方管、V型连接件以及蒙皮组成拼装式轻钢结构活动房墙体作为试件,利用集中加载模拟竖向荷载,得到受力结果的实验值。计算不同试件轻钢结构活动房墙体竖向荷载受力计算结果,将实验值和理论值相比。结果表明:所提方法得到的理论值和实验值相比略低;但整体看来和实验值相差不大,符合实际应用。可见所提方法计算结果可靠。In order to master the mechanical performance of assembled light steel structure movable room and solve the safety problem of movable room,a calculation method of vertical load on wall of assembled light steel structure movable room was proposed. The mechanical properties of light-weight steel keel,elastic modulus and yield point of joints in the wall of movable building with assembled light-weight steel structure were analyzed. On this basis,the finite element model was established. The calculation assumptions were given and the American calculation standard was analyzed. The rated buckling stress was obtained according to Euler equation when the wall of assembled light steel structure was in the mode of bending buckling failure. When the wall of assembled light steel structure was in the mode of flexural-torsional buckling failure,the rated yield stress was calculated according to the American calculation standard. The wall of movable building with assembled light steel structure was in the mode of compressive strength failure. The calculation results of vertical load of the wall when the strength failure of light steel keel and light steel wallboard first occurs were analyzed in turn,and the theoretical values of vertical load of the wall under different failure modes were obtained. The wall of assembled light steel structure movable room was composed of light-weight thin-walled hollow square tube,V-type connector and skin. The vertical load was simulated by centralized loading,and the experimental results were obtained. The calculation results of vertical loads on walls of movable light steel structures with different specimens were calculated,and the experimental values were compared with the theoretical values. The results show that the theoretical value is slightly lower than the experimental value,but the overall difference between the theoretical value and the experimental value is small,which is in line with the practical application. Verification shows that the proposed method is reliable.
