摘 要:道路交通是地震发生后抢险救灾的重要通道。结合道路单元抗震可靠性以及道路单元重要程度等分析结果,建立路网抗震加固优化模型。模型以加固优化费用最低为目标,保证加固优化后道路单元抗震可靠度和系统抗震连通可靠度达到最低限定值,重点考虑加固优化后系统连通可靠程度最高。采用正交枚举法对满足模型条件的方案进行求解,给出一种路网抗震加固优化方案的设计方法。最后,通过算例验证方法的可行性。Road traffic is an important channel for emergency service and disaster relief after the earthquake.An reinforcement optimization model for road network seismic was established in combination with the analysis results of the seismic reliability of road segment and the importance of road segment. The model was aimed at the lowest cost of reinforcement and optimization,ensuring the aseismic reliability of the road segment and the aseismic reliability of the system to reach the lowest limited value after the reinforcement and optimization,and the highest reliability of the system was mainly considered after the reinforcement and optimization. The orthogonal enumeration method was used to solve the scheme satisfying the model condition,and a design method for seismic reinforcement and optimization of road network was given. Finally,the feasibility of the method was verified by an example.
