摘　　要：以车型内腔锈蚀问题进行逆推试验的方法,对车型腔体结构设计进行研究,对提升内腔部位电泳效果进行浅析,在SE设计阶段对车型问题进行规避,以缩短项目开发及后续问题整改周期、节省车型开发成本。The design of the cavity structure of the vehicle was studied by the reverse test method for the corrosion of the inner cavity,and the electrophoresis effect promotion of the inner cavity was analyzed.The problem is avoided in the SE design stage to shorten the period of project development and follow-up problem rectification,save the cost of vehicle development.
