彩涂板色差标准板管理方法的探讨

摘　　要：提出了彩涂板色差标准板的"一色多板"管理模式,即每个颜色的标准板由一块主标准板和多块工作标准板组成,这些色差标准板间,推荐满足ΔE≤0.08的条件;同时提出了色差标准板建标、流转和保存的管理方法。为确保色差标准数据库较小的偏离,提出了色差仪的日常维护管理方法。最后提出"虚实结合"的管理模式,即色差标准数据库和色差标准板相结合,对试样色差较大的问题进行诊断。The management mode of "one color and many boards" of color difference standard board was put forward,that is,the standard board of each color is composed of one main standard board and several working standard boards.Among these color difference standard boards,it is recommended to meet the requirement of ΔE≤ 0.08.At the same time,the management method of color difference standard board for st andard building,transfer and preservation was put forward.In order to ensure a small deviation of the color difference standard database,a routine maintenance management method for the color difference meter was proposed.Finally,the management mode of "combination of virtual and real" was put forward,that is,the standard database and standard board of color difference were combined to diagnose the problems of large color difference of samples.
