大学生党支部组织生活创新研究——基于组织传播学的视角

摘　　要：按照全面从严治党、严肃党内政治生活的要求,不断创新党的组织生活,是党支部增强战斗堡垒作用、增强活力的重要手段。从学理角度探讨党支部的组织生活,是研究方法的创新,也为组织生活的创新寻找坚实的理论基础。文章在“传播—组织”理论模式的框架下,从“传播的传递观”和“传播的仪式观”两个维度,研究高校大学生党支部组织生活存在问题及成因,提出以及创新途径,对切实增强组织活力与凝聚力,提升组织力有重要意义。It is an important means for the Party branch to strengthen its role as a fighting fortress and enhance its vitality to continuously innovate the Party's organizational life in accordance with the requirements of strict administration of the Party in an allround way and serious political life within the Party.Studying the organizational life of the Party branch from the academic point of view is the innovation of the research method,and also seeks a solid theoretical basis for the innovation of organizational life.Under the framework of the theory of "communication and organization",this paper studies the problems and innovative ways of the organizational life of the student Party branch from the two dimensions of " transmission view of communication" and "ritual view of communication". It is of great significance to enhance organizational vitality and cohesion and enhance organizational power.
