摘　　要：研究生党建工作是高等学校党建工作的重要组成部分,做好研究生党建工作是关系高等学校党建工作的关键。新时代高等学校研究生基层党支部建设存在支部设置规范不统一、支部活动规范性不够、活动载体形式不丰富、支部党员模范作用不强和思想政治教育合力不够等问题,通过对沈阳农业大学研究生党建工作的调研和分析,从研究生群体实际出发,探索党支部设置新模式,形成组织合力;以党支部规范化建设为基础,促进党支部战斗堡垒作用,形成制度合力;以丰富的学习教育形式为载体,提高研究生党建活力,形成载体合力;以抓关键少数为切入点,提升研究生党员模范带动作用,形成团队合力;以思想政治教育为抓手,促进研究生党建水平提升,形成育人合力。The party building of postgraduates in colleges and universities is an important part of the party building of college students.Doing the party building of postgraduates well is the key to doing the party building of colleges and universities well.In the new era,the grass-roots party branch building of postgraduates in colleges and universities is confronted with problems,such as the inconsistent branch setup,the irregular branch activities,the single form of activity carrier,the poor play of the exemplary role of party members and the failure in the synergy of ideological and political education.The survey and analysis on the postgraduate party building of Shenyang Agricultural University concludes that the organizational concerted effort of the party building of postgraduates should be made by exploring a new mode of party branch setup according to the reality of the postgraduate group;the systematical concerted effort by strengthening the role of party branches as battle star based on the standardized construction of party branch;the concerted effort of carrier by enriching the form of study and education and activating the postgraduate party building;the concerted effort of team by grasping the key minorities to strengthen the exemplary role of postgraduate party members;and the educational concerted effort by carrying out ideological and political education to better the graduate party building.
