京津冀地区在读高中生困难家庭精准扶贫现状与对策

摘　　要：调研组以促进实现精准扶贫为目的,通过对京津冀地区在读高中生家庭实地调查与走访,分析问卷指出,本地区贫困高中生家庭困难的主要原因为:抚养子女负担重、劳动力缺乏、缺少固定收入来源等。据此提出了主要包括拒绝虚假实现脱贫,利用区位优势发展经济,利用教育启迪思想,团结协作深化脱贫等针对性的建议与解决策略。To promote the eliminating of poverty,by on-the-spot investigation and visit,questionnaire data collection and analysis on the existence of family poverty in high schools of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,this project found a series of elements that lead to the poverty: child-rearing burdens,lack of labor force,low awareness on poverty,no sense of crisis,weak implementation of the accurate deviation,and less extensive publicity and guide of the policy.Then,relevant suggestions and solutions are put forward,which mainly include: seeking truth from facts,adapting measures to local conditions,developing economy with geographical advantages,implementing targeted poverty alleviation and so on.
