摘　　要：近年来,腹腔镜技术在临床得到广泛开展,泌尿外科腹腔镜技术尤其发展迅速,已居于现代泌尿外科核心领域,但此项技术虽在省级三甲教学医院开展迅速,部分地市医院的泌尿外科腹腔镜手术却仍是空白,部分已开展此项技术的医院亟须规范,手术医师的技术水平参差不齐,期间曾出现过一些严重的并发症,对患者造成难以挽回的损失。鉴于上述情况,逐项建立泌尿外科腹腔镜技术操作规范并积极在地市级医院普及、推广应用泌尿外科腹腔镜技术,逐步提高我省乃至中西部地区泌尿外科疾病的腹腔镜诊疗水平,是一个亟需解决的问题,在这方面我们有一些成功的经验,值得推广。In recent years,laparoscopic technique has been widely carried out in clinical practice.It has developed rapidly in urology,and has become the core field of modern urology.This technique has been carried out rapidly in the provincial first-class hospitals at Grade 3,but it has not yet been applied in some municipal hospitals,and it is urgent to regulate the municipal hospitals applying this technique,as the technical levels of the surgeons are uneven,having led to some serious complications,which caused irreparable damage to patients.In view of the above situation,we should gradually establish the operational norms of laparoscopic technique in urology,and popularize and promote laparoscopic technique in urology at municipal hospitals,so as to gradually improve the laparoscopic diagnosis and treatment level of urological diseases in our province and even in the central and western regions.There is an urgent need to solve the problem.We have some successful experience in this field and it is worth promoting.
