摘　　要：广西民族大学相思湖学院社会体育指导与管理专业在转型过程当中从精准定位人才培养目标、优化课程体系设置、创新人才培养模式、强化实践教学体系、提升教学团队等方面形成了自己的特色。Transformation of application is hot in all Colleges and Universities throughout the country,the Xiangsihu College of Guangxi University for Nationalities has been approved as a pilot unit by the department of education Guangxi,all departments are engaged in exploration and practice.In the process of transformation,the social sports guidance and management specialty of Xiangsihu college of Guangxi university for nationalities has formed its own characteristics from the training objectives of precise positioning personnel,the optimization of curriculum system,the innovative talents training mode, the strengthening of practical teaching system,and the promotion of teaching team.
