摘  要:目前减速器大多存在齿轮磨损、振动冲击、噪音大等问题,齿轮修形被认为是可以解决此类问题的有效技术。针对上述问题,利用RomaxDesign软件,以齿轮修形理论为基础,对修形前后的齿轮进行传递误差分析、齿轮接触分析、齿根应力分析并进行了优化。结果显示,优化后齿轮传动时会更加平稳,噪音将更加小;齿轮的齿根应力也得到了降低。At present,gear decelerators often have problems such as gear wear,vibration shock,and loud noise.Gear modification is considered to be an effective technology that can solve such problems.In response to the above problems,using Romax Design software, based on the gear modification theory,transmission error analysis,gear contact analysis,and root stress analysis of the gears before and after modification were optimized.The results show that the optimized gear transmission will be more stable and the noise will be even smaller;the tooth root stress of the gear will also be reduced.
