摘 要:以水浸法对天然栀子黄染料进行提取,探究浸提液pH、提取温度、浸提时间、浴比对栀子黄染料提取的影响,分析媒染方法和媒染工艺各因素对棉麻织物的染色性能影响,通过正交实验得出最佳天然栀子黄最优提取工艺和在亚麻棉上最佳媒染工艺。研究发现,水浸法提取工艺:浴比为1:50,pH=9,提取工艺为85℃*60min,提取效果最佳。选用硫酸铝钾为媒染剂,染色方法为后媒法,媒染剂用量2g/L,媒染温度80℃,媒染时间60mm,硫酸钠25g/L可达较好染色效果,皂洗牢度和湿摩擦牢度能达到3级以上。This paper explores the effect of leaching liquor pH, extraction temperature, extraction time and bath ratio on gardenia dyestuff by extracting with immersion method, and analyzes the effects of mordant dyeing method and process on the dyeing properties of cotton and linen fabrics. The optimum extraction process of natural gardenia yellow and the best mordant dyeing process on linen cotton are obtained by orthogonal experiment. The research shows that the extraction effect is the best when the process with immersion method is as follows: the bath ratio was 1: 50, pH=9, and the extraction process is 85℃*60 min. When potassium aluminum sulfate is used as mordant, the dyeing method is post-mordant. When the dosage of mordant is 2g/L, the mordant dyeing temperature is 80℃, the mordant dyeing time is 60 min, and the sodium sulfate 25g/L, the better dyeing effect can be achieved, and the soaping and wet rubbing fastness can reach over grade 3.
