外踝上皮瓣修复足踝部皮肤缺损18例

摘　　要：目的探讨携带腓浅神经的外踝上皮瓣修复足踝部创面的临床效果及适用范围。方法对18例足踝部皮肤软组织缺失的患者采用携带腓浅神经的外踝上皮瓣逆行修复创面。结果18例足踝部创面患者术后皮瓣一期顺利成活17例;1例皮瓣远端缺血坏死,经换药处理后愈合。随访3~6个月,所有患者皮瓣外形美观、功能满意。结论外踝上皮瓣是修复足踝部创面首选的带蒂皮瓣,手术简单、术后成活率高,值得推广。Objective To explore the clinical effect and applicability of lateral malleolus epithelial flap with superficial peroneal nerve in repairing foot and wounds.Methods 18 patients with skin and soft tissue defect of foot and ankle were repaired by retrograde lateral malleolus epithelial flaps with superficial peroneal nerve.Results 17 cases of flaps survived smoothly in one stage after 18 cases of ankle and foot wound,and 1 case of distal ischemic necrosis of skin flap healed after dressing change.Following up for 3 to 6 months,all the flaps were beautiful in appearance and satisfactory in function.Conclusion The lateral malleolus epithelial flap is the first choice for repairing foot and ankle defect of skin.It is worth spreading and applying because the operation is simple and the postoperative survival rate is high.
