摘　　要：目的探讨经内镜下胆管取石术后使用钛夹闭合切口在预防术后出血和穿孔中的效果。方法选取2017年1月至2017年12月于本院行经内镜下胆管取石术的患者105例,手术失败者8例,手术成功者中,术后未行钛夹夹闭切口者52例,行钛夹夹闭切口者45例。比较两组患者的术后并发症发生情况。结果45例术后进行钛夹夹闭的患者,在术后24~48h均未出现出血和穿孔的并发症;未行钛夹夹闭的患者中,出血4例,穿孔2例,1例经内镜下治疗无效送外科手术后死亡。结论应用钛夹预防和治疗经内镜下胆管取石术后的出血和穿孔效果显著,具有简便、安全性高、疗效好的优点。Objective To investigate the effect of titanium clip closed incision on prevention of postoperative hemorrhage and perforation after endoscopic choledocholithotomy.Methods From January 2017 to December 2017, 105 patients undergoing endoscopic cholangiolithotomy in our hospital were selected and 8 cases failed in operation.Among the successful surgeons, there were 52 cases without titanium clip clipping incision and 45 cases with titanium clip clipping incision.The postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results There were no complications of hemorrhage and perforation in all 45 patients who underwent titanium clip clipping in 24-48 hours after operation.Among the patients without titanium clip clipping, there were 4 cases of hemorrhage, 2 case of perforation and 1 case died after ineffective endoscopic treatment and sent to surgery.Conclusion Titanium clip in the prevention and treatment of patients after endoscopic cholangiolithotomy has a significant effects on hemorrhage and perforation, which has the advantages such as simple, safe and effective.
