上尿路结石患者ESWL术后应用自拟排石汤对排石效果的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨上尿路结石患者ESWL术后应用自拟排石汤对排石效果的影响。方法选取2014年12月至2016年12月我院收治的102例上尿路结石的患者为研究对象,按照治疗方式的不同将其分为对照组及观察组,各51例。对照组采用ESWL治疗,观察组在ESWL术后应用自拟排石汤治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的排石率明显高于对照组,结石排出时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者2年内的结石复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者24h尿液中钙、草酸及尿酸水平均降低,镁及枸橼酸水平均升高,且观察组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论上尿路结石患者ESWL术后应用自拟排石汤治疗效果显著,不仅可以提高患者的排石率,改善患者尿液中的生化指标,而且可以缩短结石排出时间,降低结石的复发率,值得临床应用。Objective To investigate the effect of self-made Paishi decoction on stone removal in patients with upper urinary tract calculi after extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL).Methods A total of 102 patients with upper urinary tract calculi admitted in our hospital from December 2014 to December 2016 were selected as the objects and divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods, with 51 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ESWL.The observation group was treated with self-made Paishi decoction after ESWL.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05);the stone removal rate in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group, and the stone removal time was significantly shorter than that in the control group (P<0.05);the recurrence rate of 2-year stone in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05);after treatment, the levels of calcium, oxalic acid and uric acid in 24 hours urine of both groups decreased, the levels of magnesium and citric acid increased, and those in the observation group were better than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Self-made Paishi decoction is effective in treating upper urinary tract calculi after ESWL.It can not only improve the rate of stone removal and biochemical indexes of urine, but also shorten the time of stone removal and reduce the recurrence rate of stones, which is worthy of clinical application.
