椎弓根钉内固定术+复元活血汤加味治疗胸腰椎骨折的临床效果

摘　　要：目的分析椎弓根钉内固定术+复元活血汤加味治疗胸腰椎骨折的临床效果。方法选择2017年2月至2018年2月本院收治的86例胸腰椎骨折患者作为研究对象,依据患者入院先后顺序将其分为对照组和试验组,每组43例。两组均实施椎弓根钉内固定术治疗。术后,对照组给予伤科接骨片+多潘立酮片治疗,试验组在对照组基础上给予复元活血汤加味治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、治疗前、后临床指标(凸Cobb角、伤椎前缘高度比、椎管侵占率及血钾水平)及恢复情况。结果试验组的治疗总有效率为95.35%,明显高于对照组的81.40%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者凸Cobb角、伤椎前缘高度比、椎管侵占率及血钾水平均显著改善,且试验组均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者肿痛、腹胀消失时间及骨折愈合时间均明显短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论椎弓根钉内固定术+复元活血汤加味治疗胸腰椎骨折的临床效果显著,其可有效改善患者的凸Cobb角、伤椎前缘高度、椎管侵占率及血钾水平,促进患者早日康复,值得临床推广应用。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of pedicle screw internal fixation+Fuyuan Huoxue decoction on thoracolumbar fractures.Methods From February 2017 to February 2018, 86 patients with thoracolumbar fractures in our hospital were selected as the study objects.The patients were divided into control group and experimental group according to the order of admission, with 43 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with pedicle screw internal fixation.After operation, the control group was treated with Shangke Jiegu tablets+domperidone tablets, while the experimental group was treated with Fuyuan Huoxue decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy, clinical indicators (convex Cobb angle, ratio of the height of the injured vertebral front, rate of vertebral canal invasion and the levels of blood potassium) before and after treatment and recovery were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 95.35%, which was significantly higher than 81.40% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment, the convex Cobb angle, ratio of the height of the injured vertebral front, rate of vertebral canal invasion and the levels of blood potassium in the two groups improved significantly, those in the experimental group were superior to the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The time of swelling and pain, abdominal distension disappearing and the fracture healing in the experimental group were significantly shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Pedicle screw internal fixation+Fuyuan Huoxue decoction is effective in the treatment of thoracolumbar fractures.It can effectively improve the convex Cobb angle, ratio of the height of the injured vertebral front, rate of vertebral canal invasion and the levels of blood potassium, and promote the early recovery of patients, which is worthy of clinical promo
