摘 要:目的探讨多学科护理团队融合授权教育模式在糖尿病肾病(DN)患者中的应用效果。方法将本院收治的120例DN患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各60例。对照组给予常规护理措施,观察组在此基础上实施多学科护理团队融合授权教育模式。比较两组患者疾病相关知识得分、治疗依从性评分及自我管理行为得分。结果干预后,两组患者疾病相关知识得分均较干预前显著提高,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组服药依从性、饮食依从性、运动依从性、血糖监测依从性及复查依从性评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,两组患者自我管理行为得分较干预前显著提高,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多学科护理团队融合授权教育模式能提高DN患者对疾病的认知水平、治疗依从性、治疗效果及生存质量。Objective To explore the application effect of multidisciplinary nursing team combined with empowerment education mode in patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods A total of 120 patients with diabetic nephropathy admitted in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing measures, and the observation group was given multidisciplinary nursing team combined with empowerment education mode.The scores of disease-related knowledge, treatment compliance and self-management behavior were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention, the disease-related knowledge scores of patients in the two groups were significantly higher than those before intervention, that in the observation group was higher than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The scores of medication compliance, diet compliance, exercise compliance, blood glucose monitoring compliance and review compliance in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).After intervention, the self-management behavior score of the two groups was significantly higher than that before intervention, and that in the observation group was higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Multidisciplinary nursing team combined with empowerment education model can improve the cognition level, treatment compliance, treatment effect and quality of life of patients with diabetic nephropathy.
