乌拉地尔和尼卡地平治疗老年高血压急症的效果比较

摘　　要：目的比较乌拉地尔和尼卡地平治疗老年高血压急症的临床效果。方法选取2017年1月至2018年1月我院收治的140例老年高血压急症患者为研究对象,根据使用的药物不同将患者分为A组(n=70,给予盐酸乌拉地尔注射液)和B组(n=70,给予盐酸尼卡地平注射液)。比较两组患者治疗前及治疗后5、30、60 min的血压及心率;观察两组的临床疗效和不良反应发生情况。结果两组患者治疗后5、30、60 min的血压、心率均明显低于治疗前(P<0.05);A组治疗后30、60 min的血压、心率均低于B组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组的治疗总有效率显著高于B组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者各不良反应发生率比较,无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论乌拉地尔和尼卡地平都能有效降低老年高血压急症患者的血压,且不良反应发生率低,而乌拉地尔疗效更佳,可作为临床上治疗老年高血压急症的首选药物。Objective To compare the clinical effects of urapidil and nicardipine in the treatment of senile hypertension emergency. Methods A total of 140 elderly patients with hypertensive emergency admitted in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected as the research objects. According to the different drugs used, the patients were divided into group A(n=70, treated with urapidil hydrochloride injection) and group B(n =70, treated with nicardipine hydrochloride injection). The blood pressure and heart rate of the two groups were observed before treatment and at 5, 30 and 60 minutes after treatment. The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were observed between the two groups. Results The blood pressure and heart rate of the two groups at 5, 30 and 60 minutes after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05);the blood pressure and heart rate of the group A at 30 and 60 minutes after treatment were lower than those of the group B, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The total effective rate of treatment in the group A was significantly higher than that of the group B, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). There were no significant differences in the incidences of adverse reactions between the two groups(P >0.05). Conclusion Urapidil and nicardipine can effectively reduce blood pressure in elderly patients with hypertension emergency, and the incidences of adverse reactions are low. Urapidil has better efficacy and can be used as the first choice for the treatment of senile hypertension emergency.
