腹腔镜手术治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝的效果及安全性

摘　　要：目的分析腹腔镜手术治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝(PIH)的效果及安全性。方法选择2013年1月至2017年12月我院收治的98例PIH患儿为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,各49例。对照组采用传统疝囊高位结扎手术治疗,观察组采用腹腔镜手术治疗,比较两组患儿手术时间、出血量、术后住院时间、活动恢复时间、疼痛程度、并发症发生情况及术后半年复发率。结果观察组手术时间、住院时间、活动恢复时间均明显短于对照组,出血量明显少于对照组,VAS评分、并发症总发生率及复发率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论与传统疝囊高位结扎术相比,腹腔镜手术治疗PIH效果更佳,安全性更高,值得临床推广使用。Objective To analyze the effect and safety of laparoscopic surgery for pediatric indirect inguinal hernia(PIH). Methods Ninety-eight children with PIH admitted in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2017 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 49 cases in each group. The control group was treated with traditional high ligation of hernia sac, while the observation group was treated with laparoscopic operation. The operation time, amount of bleeding volume, hospitalization time, activity recovery time, pain degree, complications and the recurrence rate of six months after operation were compared between the two groups. Results The operation time, hospitalization time and activity recovery time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group, the amount of bleeding volume was significantly less than that of the control group, and the VAS score, the total incidence of complications and the recurrence rate were significantly lower than those of the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion Compared with traditional high ligation of hernia sac, laparoscopic surgery for PIH has better effect and higher safety,which is worthy of clinical application.
